Thermal Harmony - 55 Minutes

This treatment, exclusive to Ashdown Park, starts with a foot cleansing ritual whilst lying on warm basalt stones. The face is treated with a Chamomile and Chitosan mask. The body is saturated with warm lime and lavender essential oils, and gently massaged using a light pressure to work on your sensory nerve endings and send you into a deep state of relaxation. Treatment concludes with an invigorating scalp massage.
