Facilities
1. Our Pamper Day experiences and Treatments are available to guests aged 18 and over. ID may be required on arrival.
Arrival Time
1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
2. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling without a refund.
Health & Medical Conditions
1. Please complete the medical intake form prior to your appointment. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before the treatment starts. Our Pregnancy Massage is safe at all stages of pregnancy, however, if you are under 12 weeks of pregnancy please contact our spa team if you wish to discuss other suitable treatments.
2. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions, and we reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or safety. Our treatment menu does not currently cater for guests that are undergoing any form of treatment for cancer.
Treatment Duration & Experience
1. Treatment durations are approximate.
2. We aim to provide the full experience; however, late arrivals may shorten the session.
3. Non-residential spa treatments do not include access to our health club facilities. Should you wish to use our health club facilities, a Day Experience or Membership must be purchased.
4. Please do not attend your appointment if you have a cough, cold or any flu-like symptoms, including a high temperature and we ask that you contact us beforehand. We cannot treat clients with conditions such as cold sores, fungal conditions herpes simplex, open wounds, healing incisions, verrucae or recent sunburn. Please speak to a therapist for advice.
5. Please have a shower before and after your treatment if you are using the spa facilities. Please also use the cloakrooms before you are collected for your treatment so that your treatment time is not affected.
Payment
1. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2. We operate as a cashless hotel.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Personal Belongings
1. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and Ashdown Park Hotel does not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
Conduct & Etiquette
1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or aggressive behaviour.
2. Please do not attend for a treatment whilst under the influence of alcohol. If a treatment cannot be carried out due to alcohol consumption you may still be charged for your treatment,
3. Please do not wear wet swimwear for your treatment.
4. Mobile phones should be silenced or turned off to maintain a relaxing environment.
Liability
1. Treatments are carried out by trained professionals.
2. Clients use our facilities at their own risk.
Privacy & Data Protection
1. Personal data collected during booking will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Promotions
1. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Changes to Terms
1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Cancellation Policy: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Spa Days may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to arrival. Treatments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance. Rescheduled bookings must take place within 3 months of the original date and may be subject to additional charges.
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and may be subject to change. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to all services and distributed among the team.
