Terms & Conditions

Arrival Time

1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

2. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling without a refund.

Health & Medical Conditions

1. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before treatment.

2. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions, and we reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or safety.

Treatment Duration & Experience

1. Treatment durations are approximate.

2. We aim to provide the full experience; however, late arrivals may shorten the session.

3. Non-residential spa treatments do not include access to our health club facilities. Should you wish to use our health club facilities, a Day Experience or Membership must be purchased. 

Payment

1. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

2. We operate as a cashless hotel.

3. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Personal Belongings

1. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and Ashdown Park Hotel does not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

Conduct & Etiquette

1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or aggressive behaviour.

2. Mobile phones should be silenced or turned off to maintain a relaxing environment.

Liability

1. Treatments are carried out by trained professionals.

2. Clients use our facilities at their own risk.

Privacy & Data Protection

1. Personal data collected during booking will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Promotions

1. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Changes to Terms

1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Payment Policy: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Spa Days may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to arrival. Treatments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance. Rescheduled bookings must take place within 3 months of the original date and may be subject to additional charges.
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and may be subject to change. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to all services and distributed among the team.
